Cahaba Center for Mental Health

Located in Selma, Alabama, Cahaba Center for Mental Health offers Outpatient Treatment and Residential Treatment along with Dual Diagnosis Treatment and Medication Management. The center provides coordinated care that addresses both mental health conditions and substance use in a single, integrated setting.

Clients engage in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Therapy, Group Therapy, and Individual Psychotherapy to address a range of clinical and personal recovery goals. Services are designed to support trauma survivors and young adults dealing with Co-Occurring Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders and PTSD, through an integrated approach to mental health and substance use recovery.

The program also offers court-ordered treatment support, illness management and recovery support, and case management to reinforce clinical gains and support successful transitions into the community.
