Health Connect America

Health Connect America's Sparta, Tennessee location provides outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Services include outpatient counseling, intensive in-home therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, case management, and integrated substance use treatment. The Health Link program combines physical and behavioral health services for clients with complex needs.

The facility uses trauma-informed, strength-focused, and evidence-based approaches and treats conditions including depression, anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, grief, and co-occurring substance use disorders through individual, group, and family therapy.
