Home Base Program, located in Charlestown, Massachusetts, is a nationally recognized nonprofit dedicated to providing comprehensive care for Veterans, Service Members, and their families affected by the invisible wounds of war. In collaboration with Massachusetts General Hospital, Home Base offers world-class outpatient clinical programs that are culturally sensitive to military needs and accessible regardless of service era, discharge status, or location. Their intensive clinical programs address trauma and brain health, including specialized care for families of Veterans lost to suicide.
