Serving the Waldorf community from 2255 Crain Highway, Suite 106, Maryland Wellness delivers high-quality behavioral health care and psychiatric rehabilitation services across all age groups. The location’s therapy offerings include individual, group, family, and couples sessions, with licensed clinicians using a blend of CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and client-centered approaches to support a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and relationship conflicts.

Waldorf’s PRP services for youth and adults provide life-enhancing support through hands-on coaching in areas such as financial literacy, job preparation, and emotional wellness. Through in-home or community-based programming, Maryland Wellness ensures each client receives practical, accessible support to meet their goals and thrive in their daily life. With added focus on inclusivity, including LGBTQ+ support, the Waldorf team is committed to providing empowering and affirming care throughout Southern Maryland.
