Samaritan Behavioral Center, located within the expansive Samaritan Center campus on Detroit’s east side, provides essential behavioral health and human services to some of the city’s most underserved populations. Originally developed on the site of the former Mercy Hospital, the Samaritan Center has grown into Michigan’s largest one-stop, multi-service community hub. It welcomes over 1,500 visitors daily, offering a collaborative space for a variety of partner organizations dedicated to improving the health, stability, and well-being of the surrounding community.
