The Montrose Center in Houston, Texas is an LGBTQ+ community wellness center providing individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals and families. The LIFE (Living Insightfully for Empowerment) Counseling Program delivers professional mental health services through state-licensed, master's-level therapists. Case management and community support services are also available.
