Turning Point Counseling Services

Located in Fairbanks, Alaska, Turning Point Counseling Services provides Outpatient Treatment along with Dual Diagnosis Treatment. The center provides coordinated care that addresses both mental health conditions and substance use in a single, integrated setting.
