Dr. Fox is great! The office staff -RUDE! I’m currently looking for a different doctor because I never get my meds on time. I start calling a week early, end up continuing to call a week after to get them called in. It makes a person feel like they are “drug seeking” when it’s only trying to get your meds ON TIME! It’s not like I want to get my meds early. Just ON TIME would be spectacular. Then, when you call the office they treat you like you’re a drug addict. I would know, I’m in recovery! This was one of the benefits of getting clean… to stop chasing meds! But nope, not here… it FEELS like I’m having to chase down my meds. Every month about a week before time to call them in I start getting anxious, I start stressing and this haunts me EVERY DAY until I am able to pick up my meds! This is horrible to treat your patients this way.
