The Human Service Center
The Human Service Center, located at 705 East Timber Drive in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, provides comprehensive behavioral health services to residents of Forest, Oneida, and Vilas Counties. Serving a combined population of approximately 69,000, the center offers a broad range of mental health, substance use disorder, and developmental disability services. The facility operates outpatient and inpatient programs, emergency services, and community-based support to help individuals achieve their personal recovery goals. A team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, counselors, and peer support specialists delivers individualized care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
