MD didn't help with medication. ..only made my depression worse & the side effecats were dangerous enough to harm & were addicting (Neurontin/Gabapantin). Notes taken did not help my disability case pertaining to MDD/ Anxiety Disorder. Also, was seeing Therapist. Wrote a very personal journal about the traumas, mental/emotional abuse throughout my life but come to find out, therapy notes are not requested by Dept. Of Rehabilitation for disability cases; therefore, I felt my time was wasted. A grant was approved for my services; therefore, I didn't have to pay. They help you get cheap meds through Genoa but I never got my meds in the time frame I needed. For my pain, I will stick with an Orthopedic physician. Just my experience. Not the place for me....might be for you.
