My daughter paid for her doctor's appointment and they didn't even tell her that her case needed to be updated. Then when I was in the office for an appointment I heard two employees talking about my daughter's upcoming appointment and one lady asked the other lady should we tell her mom and the other lady said no.that was so disrespectful of them . They are really starting to show their true colors.
