This place is horrible. The only person who knows what they are doing in that place is Sandra. Miss Margie is nice and helpful but everybody else is extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. They will call to make your appointment but if your voicemail is full and they are unable to leave a message for an appointment. They will not call you back. They will not text. They will not send an email, if your child is running out of medicine and they don’t have any appointments, they don’t care and will let the child run out of medicine even if it is extremely harmful for them to go without medicine. They don’t care. Their extremely high turnover rate makes it very frustrating. Your child will get to know one therapist and buy the next appointment or appointment after that it’s a new therapist and .They’re extremely high turnover rate makes it very frustrating. If I could give it negative I would!!! 3rd trip for one shot! 1st trip didn't tell me I need an appointment, said just come early. I get there and I'm told no you need an appointment. Cant come back til they open Monday. Now I have an appointment but the nurse won't be here for a couple hours. They can't promise me a spot at that time..I'll just have to wait. No communication, horrible customer service. I counted 7 dead roaches in the waiting area where the children's table is. What can be done to improve or does anyone there even care? Beyond frustrated!!
