Mental Health Providers in Lincoln, Nebraska

Susan Gripp was going to be my daughter's new therapist. However, I missed the initial appointment due to transportation issues and rescheduled for a day last week. We showed up at the appointment on time, but when I was trying to check in the receptionist said they had us marked down that I canceled the appointment. I DIDN'T . I was then told I would get a call this week to schedule for next week. I didn't get a call so I called their office today. After a brief hold, the lady tells me that Susan has made the decision to part ways due to too many cancelations! I'm absolutely furious and find this extremely ignorant. The place didn't care that I said we never canceled and it was disregarded as a fact. I rescheduled ONE time, never have even spoken to SUSAN and now I have to start looking for another one all over again. She is a MENTAL HEALTH therapist!!! How is delaying my daughter's therapy helpful in that area? I feel sorry for her other patients and it goes to show that most EVERYTHING, especially in this incident, is all about the mighty dollar and that's the most important issue in the big picture.

Took my son here for the first time yesterday and it was such a positive experience the woman who works at the front desk is so personable and so friendly the atmosphere is very relaxing and comforting. My sons appointment went very well he felt very comfortable I would highly recommend
