Mental Health Providers in North Platte, Nebraska

The ladies in registration, and the nurses are nice. Just not a fan of doctors who don't believe my diagnosis is "real." Or of telling them the meds they want me to try I've done before... My daughter's doctor is great! Mine.... Not so much. I don't really gotta mention who his name is he's all over the reviews already....

As a client, I felt my therapist (an experienced advanced practice nurse) was genuinly concerned for my wellbeing. I also experienced the practice owner's ability to listen to client concerns and respond objectively rather than in a subjective matter which is rare in 2026. A person generally does not frequent a mental health practice during good times; thus, it's hard to not find issues anywhere. However, I believe this practice strives to do well in serving their customers despite the difficulties from having multiple perspectives.

They provide a necessary service to our area and we are lucky to have them here. Megan is a SUPER NICE PERSON and a pleasure to talk to when there. I have nothing but good things to say about Heartland!
