Worst excuse for pro. Med. practice. An absolute joke lady’s at the front are all so anxious to leave all 4or 5 of them were so busy staring at the clock they couldn’t even verbally answer why, my brother who was sent from the hospital with a referral from HMS main office as well with intensive lung failure and internal bleeding ulcers, couldn’t not see the doc. Because we were past there strict ten min late policy. Yes my brother can’t see his doc. And has to go spend god knows how many hours in the ER before he can go see the same doc that’s going to tell him we can’t do much that’s why we sent ya to tranquil skys, and yes we did not make it in time he can not breathe he was traumatized as were we all cause he just received news he is near death so you might think they being health CARE providers would have maybe a bit of understanding being as we were10 min and 30 sec. Late. 30 freakin seconds and they sent him packing with not even a word just shaking their heads no at us. I apologize the big giant beautiful girl sitting at the window uttered “we have a strict late policy. Mind you my mother is a frequent patient there and she is usually 30 min late do to rides taking longer to get her then expected. I hope people will take time to read this and I hope all you wonderful girls at the front desk of tranq skies are greatful you have such a great work relationship with the docs behind your walls that you can make them look like monsters that care nothing for there patients and still have your positions.
