The nurse Heather and rosemary were so impolite and rude when trying to contact someone who was there. I was quizzed on my identity for no reason. Was told that he couldn't come to the phone and took forever to say why, even then it was some vague answer. However the other nursing staff have been great

I've been trying to get helps with my ADHD almost 15 years and I think I need to get medication but I haven't found a doctor willing to help me through my struggles, it has become so frustrating. I pray this psychologist help's me. I have a appointment on December 3rd to takes a test. I hope he just doesn't cast me aside like other have done to me. I want to improve my life so bad but I know I need medication and psychiatric help to overcome my struggles with ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I only put three stars down because I haven't met any doctors yet I will change it when I have my first appointment and how it goes.

I don't even think this facility deserves one star. I have had severe depression for many years. I come from a family of nurses and doctor. I know the routine and how things are suppose to go and this clinic is irresponsible in a way I never thought a medical facility could be. I am honestly very surprised they haven't been sued for medical malpractice. There is absolutely no sense of urgency for patients, prescriptions, etc. If you have questions, your calls will be transferred to nurses and your voicemails will go unanswered. I was prescribed Ambien because I can't sleep. The prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy and couldn't be transferred to my pharmacy due to it being a controlled substance. I called twice. Nobody called back. The second time I explained to the receptionist what was going on, so she could understand I needed it taken care of asap. She told me that if it was already sent to the wrong pharmacy they couldn't resend it. So, I guess I can never ever have my medication because of a mistake?? My pharmacy reached out to them a couple times and they didn't get any response. There are other things that I know are done improperly or not at all, but this is the straw that broke the camel's back. I am officially done with them. I couldn't even call quality because the receptionists didn't even know what that is. The fact that these people were able to find jobs at someplace other than McDonald's, is quite frankly, amazing.
