Called 3 times to have them help with my subscription. No one calls me back. This group is getting in the way of my health. They clearly only care about themselves moving from a 5 day a week to a 4 day without telling anyone. They have pictures of at least 30 people but no one has the time to send my prescription to my pharmacy. They talk about how much they do for the community but when I walk in the clinic it's at least 10 people waiting in line in a small hallway. At least at Sanford, they say the wait to be seen by a doctor is a month with a smile....

I was here for a year in 2014, i’ve heard it’s been worse since they linked up with PATH, and i’ve had horrible experiences with Path and their trauma and crisis therapists, and many other of their services and staff and their board team is juuust awful. which is why i’m giving a one. I wouldn’t dare trust PATH with my kids’ safety.

The nurse Heather and rosemary were so impolite and rude when trying to contact someone who was there. I was quizzed on my identity for no reason. Was told that he couldn't come to the phone and took forever to say why, even then it was some vague answer. However the other nursing staff have been great

Frequently Asked Questions

How should I compare mental health providers in North Dakota?
When comparing providers in North Dakota, consider location relative to where you live or work, the specific services offered, levels of care available (such as outpatient, intensive outpatient, or inpatient), therapy approaches used, conditions treated, hours of operation, whether a website is available, accreditation status, and reviews when listed. Not all details are available for every provider, so it can help to check each facility listing directly.
What should I ask before contacting a provider in North Dakota?
Before reaching out to a provider, it helps to know what you are looking for. Consider asking about current appointment availability, accepted insurance plans and self-pay or sliding-scale options, whether telehealth appointments are offered, which specific services are currently active, and whether the provider has experience treating your particular concern. Availability and services can change, so confirming details directly with the facility is recommended.
Are all services listed on Mental Health US available at every facility?
No. Services vary by facility and may change over time. The information shown in each listing reflects what was available when the record was created or last updated. Always confirm current service availability, hours, and intake procedures directly with the provider before visiting or calling.
Can I find both mental health and substance use treatment providers in North Dakota?
Some listings in North Dakota may include providers that offer substance use treatment alongside mental health services, depending on available provider data. Use the Core Services filter to search for specific service types, or browse facility detail pages to see the full list of services reported for each provider.
What if I cannot find the right provider in my city?
If you do not find a suitable provider in a specific city, try broadening your search by browsing all North Dakota providers using the statewide view, or use the filter dropdowns to search by condition treated, therapy type, or level of care without entering a specific city. You can also browse nearby city pages to see providers in surrounding communities.
