Mental Health Providers in Barrington, Rhode Island

The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because I love my doctor, Dr. Denny, and every experience I’ve had with her has been absolutely lovely. As for the management, I have had to call multitudinous times to put my prescriptions through. The website has never worked to get my prescriptions, and the last experience I had really put the nail in the coffin for me. I had to call 4 times over 3 weeks to get my prescription, and I still don’t have it. I’ve never gotten a call that the prescription was on hold or couldn’t be processed, I always got the same answer: They didn’t even see the request in their system and that they would put it through. The third time I called, I was told that the last person typed up the request and “forgot to hit send.” The lack of professionalism is ridiculous, laughable. I’ve also had my prescriptions sent to the wrong location, and drove 45 minutes to retrieve it because no matter how many times I called they couldn’t (wouldn’t) transfer it to the correct pharmacy. I love my doctor, and I would hate to find another doctor when I trust and feel so safe with Dr. Denny, but this ongoing issue with the management is making me consider other options.
