Did intake with my son and then called the day of his appointment to say they actually wouldn't be able to take him because he is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. My son ended up in an outpatient program at Butler who contacted them and then all of a sudden they could take him. During that time they set up an appointment with a clinical therapist there. Before his appointment they said they might cancel it and let me know if they did. They never said anything so I assumed he still had the appointment. Get there and I'm told that the "patient canceled". We didn't cancel, they did, and never informed us. They then were to assist us with applying for disability, which consisted of them dropping off the form and saying he would have to meet with the clinical therapist. So a new appointment was made. He went through the long intake with her and she prescribed him meds and set up his next appointment. He was then accepted to BHDDH and they said they would no longer see him due to their involvement. BHDDH informed me that many of their clients go there and they have nothing to do with therapy/medication. They told me and BHDDH they would "look into it." They also said they would help with the application for disability. They said this just to not look bad in front of BHDDH. Because next thing they say is they can't see him because she's a clinical therapist and he struggles with communication and isn't "engaged enough." Then they can't help with the disability application either because he needs to be working with a therapist, which they cut him off from. So here we are with him out of medication because they prescribed meds no pcp is willing to manage. The constant lying, backtracking, and shady behavior this place has done is absolutely disgusting. They do not care. If I could give 0 stars I would. I hope they are investigated and shut down before someone gets hurt due to their negligence.
