Mark is a great guy, friendly and professional. I honestly didn't expect to enjoy my treatment going into it. But found myself being excited for each class and learning allot about myself and strategized a plan to give myself the best chance of staying clean and sober and living my best life . highly recommended

We are having a very difficult day as we can’t find our loved one. When I called to let them know they wouldn't be able to make it to their appointment due to them being missing, the lady on the phone was extremely rude. Seems you could have been an ounce nicer as we were trying to be respectful and give your team a heads up that one of their patients won’t be showing up due to mental health concerns. Aren’t you suppose to be a facility who is welcoming and helpful to the mental health of all? Hire someone a bit nicer to answer your phones and show some respect to be struggling.

Absolutely necessary for me to go detox here it was a little awkward right away and scary at the peak detox but it sure beats the alternative. I’m accomplishing so much now and my future thanks everyone here for helping me escape that nightmare. Alcohol withdrawal is not a joke and this detox center was the only option for me as I simply didn’t have time to be gone for weeks on end. Also nice that it’s in Watertown to.
