I feel bad giving one star, but after spending the night in the hospital recovering from the knee replacement, I had been throwing up every hour on the hour just exhausted. Finally got the pain under control. Last time. I checked the clock. It was 3 AM. I must’ve fallen asleep because I was awoken by what sounded like a rubber band snapping really hard at four in the morning. After 20 minutes of enduring this noise, I called The nurses station to report a loud noise in my room that it’s very disruptive The nurses aid on the third floor that evening came into my room and told me they were doing a little work out in the hall. I told her in tears I was in pain. I was exhausted. I felt spent in that noise needed to stop well it did at five in the morning. The little nurses aid who came into my room, was a one out there in the hall, making the noise giggling with absolutely no compassion for how the patients are feeling at four in the morning! When my physical therapist came to take me out of the room, I told her what it happened and when they opened my door, I saw the magnificent artwork of all the employees animal photos on the wall! The rubberband snapping noise. I thought I heard was actually a staple gun for an hour. There must’ve been over 5000 staples in that wall and I’m incensed by it. I thought I was there to heal and to rest, i’m not gonna mention the nurse’s assistance name as I will report her to the hospital There was so much lack of empathy and compassion Or I don’t know maybe I’m overreacting!
