This was the worst treatment center I’ve ever been to. The therapist I had was neglectful and didn’t care about my obstacles or feelings. I asked for help several times as I have a lot of my plate. I have a prescription for a medication and they said I didn’t and I couldn’t even send them a picture of my prescription to prove it. Therapist should help you not accuse you without letting you prove them wrong. I needed help and my therapist treated me with lack of care or respect. I can’t believe the experience I had. They didn’t care about me or my recovery. I have a lot on my plate and I’m extremely stressed but they just added more stress. How does that help me? I spent most of the time sitting around. There was a class on 36 steps to brush your teeth for an hour… everyone was outraged. One day we did a sound bath for an hour, then an hour meditation then another meditation.

The front desk people are some of the least professional people I’ve never had the pleasure of working with. They are impossible to reach by phone, never respond to voicemails, and when I told them they never sent over the thing they requested, they told me they’ve tried several times already. I check every email, spam folder, voicemails daily and they have never once tried reaching out. They are extremely unfriendly and one of the girls has a terrible attitude and she probably only got the job because her mom works there because I heard her say, “MOM” once when she needed something. The front desk people were single-handedly responsible for my declining mental health because I interacting with them caused me so much stress and anxiety and I had to spend so much time with them and billing to resolve a billing issue. I asked them for an itemized bill, $100 out of the $400 that they said I owed magically disappeared from the bill and they never addressed it even when I asked. Don’t go here. I never leave bad reviews but I have never hated a staff or organization as much as these people. My therapist finally left to a different practice so I am happy to say I will never be going back.
