Shannon is amazing! She really takes the time to listen and makes talking about mental health feel way less overwhelming. She’s been incredibly supportive as I work through ADHD treatment and figure out accommodations for a large exam and furthering my education. She helped me feel comfortable accepting those accommodations and reminded me that it’s not cheating—it’s just giving myself a fair shot. I feel confident in our care plan and know I can reach out anytime I have questions. Highly recommend!

So unethical. There were some staff on the floor that genuinely cared about the clients however the environment as a whole is awful. Staff would put clients on “reflections” barring them from speaking for weeks on end as a punishment, as if isolation was ever beneficial for anyone going through mental health struggles. I was groomed by my therapist there because they refuse to do thorough checks of staff. I had multiple health issues while there and was continuously blown off until it hit a point where I needed surgery. I beg any parents to rethink putting your child through this traumatic experience.
