Speaking as a person currently in Mount Juneau, I can say staff VERY much cares about our recovery and they do their utmost to provide a therapeutic atmosphere and anything they can to help us. I hope that the negative review from someone that doesn’t know Mount Juneau from a hole in the ground won’t keep people away! Don’t put much stock in the one review from someone who never even set foot here. Staff members work their tails off here to help each client helping themselves and you can get so much from MJ, just depends on the work you want to put in. As a client I think Mount Juneau is a real Godsend and wish it was bigger. They are getting ready to add more to the facility and I think create 51 more beds and they are going through changes and evolving, but it is all for the greater good and like I said they really care and are incredibly supportive! From the bottom of my heart to my fellow addicts: help is available if you are sick and tired of being sick and tired, so keep asking for it everywhere you can and God bless everybody trying to get clean! 🙏

I want to thank the entire team for everything you did for my mom Rose. She chose to go to SEARHC for a moment but she did not feel supported there and wanted to return to Jamhi. She always had great things to say about everyone at Jamhi and how much she felt cared for. The fact that her care team made sure she received her monthly Invega for two years, even when she could not make it into the office, meant so much to her and to me. Your coordination and your commitment to her care made a real difference, especially while she was battling cancer. I cannot express enough gratitude for all you did to support her. I'm very grateful that the people at Bartlett are here in Juneau to provide top-notch modern healthcare in a remote area like Southeast Alaska. I had a total hip replacement done and every individual that I dealt with showed caring and professionalism on a level I really didn't expect. I don't mean I expected negative outcomes, I mean they really are a top-notch team of caregivers. I have encountered the opposite so I know the difference. Dr. Brown and his surgical team, the doctors, nurses, and techs that work in med surgery, the anesthesiologists, the physical therapists, the CNAs, scheduling and intake, they all worked together seamlessly to get my surgery done, and it's something that I've needed for years. I waited to get the hip replacement surgery because I did not have access to an outfit like Bartlett in the last place that I lived in Alaska. I was able to get all my care here without flying back and forth to Seattle, which is a godsend. If you feel any hesitation about going to Bartlett and getting a medical procedure that you need, you need not feel that way, they will take good care of you. Did I mention the food was great as well??? Hats off to the staff in the kitchen, good food really matters when you don't feel well. Giving me back my mobility is no small feat, I will always be grateful to the medical professionals at Bartlett.
