I have found the doctor and staff to be knowledgeable, efficient and supportive. I have been fit in for a walk in appointment, and not had to wait excessively for regular appointments. Many doctors and clinics do not want to serve Medicare patients or make appointments months out. I am impressed that there is this level and quality of care available for patients who may be unable to afford to pay out of pocket.

The front desk ladies are very friendly … to your face. When I came in for the first time they had someone on the phone wanting to do to detox they put them on hold and then proceed to just talk shit about him, after keeping him on hold for 5 mins they pick up the phone tell him no beds open and to try again next week… there were at least 7 open beds that day. And oh don’t miss any appointments cause they have a 3 strike rule but it’s more like a 2 strike rule and they don’t tell you that either kinda crazy they work with drug users but are so ready to kick them out the door for being inconsistent, I missed one assessment due to never being told when it was scheduled and missed a follow up do to a medical emergency, went in today to reschedule and they told me I’m shit outa luck and I’m not allowed to go there anymore cause I’m not serious and the only way I’m allowed to prove I’m serious is to go through a week of inpatient before I can get a assessment or anymore help from them. I’m pretty sure the assessment is to ASSESS what level of treatment is needed. My overall experience with serenity has been ok until I missed a appointment. If your struggling with a addiction and are looking for help PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE just go to the tribe I’ve heard not so good things on the medical side but the assessment side is great get your assessment done there and if your gonna do outpatient I’d recommend ideal options after you get your assessment at the tribe
