Mental Health Providers in Georgetown, Delaware

I was referred here by Sussex. I was in an emergency situation due to new regulations. I spent 2 hours doing an intake. I am told I will get a call shortly. 2 hours later I get a call saying my name was entered incorrectly into the system. I was told it shouldn’t take that long to fix. This garbage clinic did not fix my name in the system FOR ALMOST A WEEK. THEY NEVER CALLED TO CHECK ON ME KNOWING I LIVED ALONE. NOT ONCE DID THEY CALL WITH AN UPDATE. I HAD TO CALL EVERY SINGLE DAY. When my name was finally fixed the nurse I spoke with then proceeded to tell me more lies. Just like the clinic did while I waited for my name to be corrected. Not one person was honest. Not one person cared about me or my situation AT ALL. When I started mentioning filing a complaint and liability after I told them multiple times to leave me alone. They called crisis on me while I was at work. Please. If you need help. DO NOT COME HERE. It is just a group of people who has far as I can tell do not take their jobs seriously and have zero compassion for anyone at all. I was the only person in there the 2 hours I was there. And they still did not care enough to make sure my name was entered correctly. Then lied to me every time I called about how long it would take to get fixed. The case manager is a joke, I am not sure she has any experience or education whatsoever dealing with high risk patients or computer systems. Please please please. Do not go here. If your choices are here or death…I’m sure you’d find God more caring and compassionate and helpful than the apathetic, incompetent, and ignorant staff here.

Gave my friend a hard time when she tried to get dosed. People who work there are not interested in providing good service to the patients.
