Poorly handled office, frequently rude staff, and an unforgiving dismissal policy. EVEN IF YOU CALL IN AS SOON AS YOU MISS AN APPOINTMENT, they dismiss you after 2. No matter the reason.

My doctor is amazing, but unfortunately this place is a money grab hiding behind authorizations and unfriendly customer service. I typically don’t do comments, but felt it was necessary since I’ve elected to begin therapy again and chose this place based on the recommendation of my care provider. It’s so unfortunate when trying to prioritize one’s mental health.

I am not an addict but my health insurance referred me to couras. I was a patient from 2020, until this week. I was supposed to have an appointment on 1/22, for my usual med check but she never called. A message on her phone stated she had retired in October. Why wasn’t I notified before or even when this happened? In the past, I’ve had appointments that were canceled without notifying me beforehand. My mental health is not something I take lightly. Therefore, I’ve found a new psychiatrist employed by a different facility/company to take over my case. I really liked Miss N.C and I’m going to miss her. I wish her well in this new chapter of her life.
