Starting was less scary once they walked me through the first month. Day one included the medical checks (EKG, labs, UA) and paperwork. The first 30 days focused on stabilizing dose and about cravings. Having that kept me from guessing.

At the end of my year with them I was told I was being moved to a waitlist. Had to fill out paperwork as if I was a new client. Never heard a single word back. If you want to drop me as a client for some reason then you should just communicate straightforwardly and do that. No one responds to my emails. Not a single response from the main office. Lack of communication comes off as very unprofessional. I was also promised a certain counselor that I left my last counselor's office for and was given a different counselor than the one I applied to and was promised. Not happy with this place.
