I was consistently reciprocated with the same amount of wholehearted kindness and polite language I gave. I was offered access to community resources, after being given help with both forms of crisis I was having. I had time and attention dedicated to both conversation and requests. I had unrestricted access to food, staff saying, "Eat whatever you want." I was provided with emotional support and respite in my times of need. Valued instruction and prompt reminders.

Kathy should receive a gold medal and her counsel should be held in the highest regard, Brandon and Faulk as well. I've had plenty of experience as a patient here. Melony on the counseling staff is superb, Johnny as well. Dan and the awesome grey haired guy, whose name escapes me at the moment, also commendable. I've seen staff come and go through the last 7 years of being a patient. These people deserve recognition and applause.

Highroad has a wonderful group of service coordinators. Every time I get a chance to work with a new TSC from Highroads I am always pleased. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
