One star is one to many for this place. Do NOT send anyone you love to this place. They will and has caused years of therapy after our child left this facility. They truly believe they don’t have to talk to the parents on how to figure out what is going on with our child. This Doctor K. failed to do his due diligence in coordination of care and adequately managing our child’s medication and mental health needs. The intake process was nonexistent they told us absolutely nothing. Which made it even worse for us and are child. In order to get anyone to call us back we had to drive hour and half one way and then refuse to leave until they talk to us. They don’t care about anything. From what we have heard about what from our child and her current care team that there were several failures within the process in which our child was put through while in this facility. This place truly needs to be shut down. It’s no wonder why mental health is the way it is specially after dealing with this place. So again DO NOT send anyone you love to this place. You will regret it the moment you walk in the door.
