Almost lost my medication because the confirmation text messages were being sent to my very very old phone number. They've given me the runaround when it comes to my name. None of them asked to spell it first before on the phone and they always say that I'm not a patient there when I am. I was doing video calls this whole time I was there and then all the sudden I can't do it and it's my fault that I'm missing appointments because of it? Yeah bye

Honest Reviewer

Meh, if DESPERATE & have no insurance at all maybe I would recommend them. There ARE some good Drs & staff, yet there’s some pretty rude staff and an ARNP who should be let go to be honest (maybe another profession for her?) Sarah Kane who was NOT a good help at all! Very rude, pushy, & I left AMA to take care of myself as I know lots of natural remedies. She said I could die without her treatment of antibiotics (allergies to almost all) & basically TOLD me I WILL take my tetanus shot after saying I don’t do those! I told her about an antibiotic patch that a surgeon helped me before with; she said they don’t exist. Yes they do! They are silver alginate, Walgreens’s, & another called antibacterial non-stick pads (CVS). So with the pads at CVS, manuka honey/silvex, & ace wrap…still ALIVE AND back to normal without drugs! ADVOCATE for yourself around this area or move to a city like Denver, CO where med professionals are BETTER & also push natural remedies like MJ, WAY better than man made drugs for nausea, pain, sleep & more! Social workers are not that helpful, I could do what they do at home, & found accurate information. DO NOT TRUST easily here or anywhere, ALWAYS get another opinion at least, fact check and ADVOCATE for yourself…especially in such a small city that is not as knowledgeable as larger ones. Had to come back here as a crisis center stole my medication I believe, filed a police report. They were kind to me yet the Dr ( if you can call her that) was not that nice and barely helped. God have mercy, it’s a hit or miss here all the time. I would love to start my own clinic, and ACTUALLY help to where no one would be left without knowing or care they need.

I'm so mixed on my review. Ashley (nurse on level 4, 1st shift) was extremely rude. She was my mother's nurse, I requested a different nurse for her (I'll update to let you know if they complied.) Yesterday we figured out my mother does better with using the restroom before pain management meds are given. My mom says I need to go to the bathroom first bc they were getting ready to give her morphine and Ashley just ignored my mom's request. She has been nothing but snotty when asking questions about who ordered what so we can have clarity she snobs back with a physician. Um well duh yea. Which physician though🤦‍♀️ Patient advocacy has been absolutely amazing at bridging the gap. She came in and really helped organize my mother's care. Joanna's care has been exceptional. She is asking my mom about her needs and wants. Toni in respiratory is a whole vibe of positive energy that radiates and fills the room with joy. Her care for my mom (and any other patient) is amazing. She came in smiling and ready for the task at hand. Toni has done well with her tech care getting all the thingss my mother request. Dr. Patel, thank you for taking time out to take care of my mom. Thank you for showing patience with the questions we had, my mom is typically the healthy one. This situation with her has never happened but with you come in, and explaining things where we actually understood matters. Tim was a joy to have as security. But I don't understand why you don't do visitor tags. Wouldnt it be easier to hang signs at exits with trash cans close saying please throw the visitor tag away. Sadly not having those tags makes ituch harder to identify who is supposed to be there. Personally I feel its more of a risk not identifying visitors. I'll revisit this review upon exiting the building when my mother is better and possibly it could get a one or a possible 5. Up to them with the care my mama gets!
