November 5 I get a call, not to remind me I have 2 procedures the next day. They tell me my deductible is not met, this I know. It's $796.00 and they go on to tell me if I could bring $210 that they know its alot of money. Then it's "do you have 210 dollars" I m pissed instantly but only say I will pay it all. And did. Here's the problem, it's now February 3 and they still haven't processed the claim so everywhere I have been since the 6th of November is billing me for things my insurance should be picking up so in short to keep my credit from being destroyed I have been paying them basically double my deductible for last year. I know $210 is a lot of money but the $1600 is a hell of a lot more. I'm not using them anymore. And yes I have talked with my insurance provider numerous times
