Calling Alteri has been one of the best decisions I’ve made regarding my addiction. I suffered for years out of fear of going and telling anyone. I am less scared today. Working with the Dr. and therapist is helping me already. They don’t judge you and seem like they really care and want to help. If you are scared to call just do it I promise it will help. If I can pick up the phone and show up anyone can. I promise it will be worth it. I’m thankful they are here in Frankfort.

Jason is awesome. He’s the only that has seemed to really care about helping and get you the care you need. With people never really sticking around it’s hard to have that bond with the employees. Jason, Myra and Jodi are awesome

Will treat unfairly dr is a liar not the nurse dr but their main dr is a quack imo and will take your take homes over a bs call in program when it dont work and has never worked from the start they say they care about your outlook on life and they dont or they would be more understanding of the ppl who work with jobs 3rd shift and cant stay up all day just to dose or work away from frankfort and still was unconsiderate i used to like this place alot hell even told my own family to join here and now i wouldnt send my enemy here keep in mind i lost my take homes over bs not a dirty screen or anything its always something here ….
