The services offered through Bluegrass Professional Counseling have been outstanding. The individuals that have helped my families journey the most have been Mrs. Shelby, Mrs. Kim, and Mrs. Jenny. Mental health is something that everyone deals with in their lives. The help that these three individuals have given have been nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend Bluegrass Professional Counseling to anyone. The respect that is shared and shown allows me to feel comfortable speaking about any issue that we may have. Everyone needs someone to speak to that can help you look at life from a new perspective.

I would have given this place 0 stars if I could. The doctor here that prescribes medication is a quack. First she tried to place me on a narcotic drug that would interact with my antidepressant and also raise my blood pressure ( knowing that my blood pressure was high). I rejected this drug and she then proceeded to call me in another medication that could also raise my blood pressure even though I had voiced my concern over it already. I was diagnosed with adhd after 2 therapy appts where I wasn't able to even discuss my whole life and what led up to me having the anxiety that I was having. I have never in my life been diagnosed with this and I have been to therapy many times at other places since the age of 14 and I am now 40. I dont understand what these people are doing other than trying to get a paycheck and try to push people into taking drugs. After I rejected both drugs, the doctor has decided that she doesnt want to treat my condition. Really there for mental health right, she? Whatever. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE!

Staff are sincerely compassionate and made me feel welcome and comfortable the moment I walked through the door.
