Basically, they are incompetent or negligent...pick one. A family member admitted themself after a fall and head injury. The ER staff lied and said they'd contacted the VA hospital for a transfer of care but then discharged family member home when they were unstable. Medical abandonment. Called the hospital to report the incident and was given the run around and they did not take the situation seriously at all. Family member could have died. Thankfully, they're now in a hospital that actually knows how to care for people.

Been clean 8 years thanks to this amazing program. I absolutely couldn't have done it without Dr. Bauer. She is amazing. If it weren't for ARC I wouldn't be here today, so thank you & God bless.
