Mental Health Providers in Cuba, Missouri

Well today somebody who works at this place hit and ran over a poor little defenseless kitten and just left it to suffer and pass away so All could see! People just stood there watching They didn't call animal control or anything else they just watched it suffer and die! I placed my shirt Over the poor little kittens body cuz I have a heart and soul, plus there were kids coming out of this place and I didn't want them to see. Me and my friend cleaned up after we had called animal control and they picked up the kittens body, I would like people to know what kind of people they're taking their kids to as well as anybody else that goes here! Thank you and may God have mercy on your soul!
