Horrendous services. I've been trying to simply get them to submit a compliance form to the DMV since Sept 2025. Just for them to run me all the way up their chain of command. For one of their top chain links to run that compliance form (that they recieved directly from a governmental website themselves) by their legal team to verify it's authenticity. Then continue to shoot me over to the help desk and tell me to ask someone else with no point of direction. Then that person to run me up their chain of command. Their higher up to tell me I have to submit a request form for them to even consider acknowledging me which may take up to 30 days. For that to land on a desk of someone who they said and I quote "And frankly she doesn't really like to see people that haven't had at least 3 visits." All I needed was a 30 min screening and it faxed to AZMVD. And here we sit almost 5 months later stonewalled, I understand now, you do NOT want to help.
