This place is part of the reason why rural health care is so bad. It’s just another place that “follows” state guidelines. You can’t ever get a hold of the nurses or doctors and communication is terrible. Support staff is great. The doctors are the issue. Why I have to take my kid to a place to do a telehealth appointment doesn’t make sense to me. The communication is so bad they don’t respond until the end of the day and by then you’re scrambling. Go literally anywhere else
