Mental Health Providers in Waverly, Missouri

My wife ended up having to go to the ER for a sore throat, and had her test results sent to HCC in Waverly. It has been nearly three weeks, my wife still has a sore throat and no one was able to get her a prescription, or tell her the source of the problem because their doctors are on vacation. The receptionist, Heather, is absolutely rude, and very unprofessional. And when my wife questioned about HCC’s protocols, she came off as snarky and very uncaring. Do not go to this place if you value your health, because they will allow you to remain sick because they don’t know how to manage paperwork, nor do they actually care about their patients apparently. My wife ended up having to go back to the ER for this non emergency ailment, and is finally getting the proper medicine for it. No thanks to HCC.
