The clinicians at Skycloud are kind, empathetic, and understanding in all the ways mental healthcare providers should be. I’ve worked with Dr. Kanani Wasilk-Kindred and Lex Lawrence, both of whom have been phenomenal providers. Dr. Kanani is thorough, knowledge about what she prescribes, and very professional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a psychiatrist who will listen to your lived experience first instead of starting with a lecture. The way she believes your symptoms and struggles exist without making you break down sobbing in front of her to prove it is a level of care I think we all deserve yet find so rarely. It’s a relief to walk away from appointments without a pit in my stomach or the need to go cry in the car for a while. Lex is another highly recommended provider with the clinic. If you’re looking for gentle guidance with a positive reinforcement focus (vs leading with shame), Lex is the person for you. Whether you need active advice or just an hour to vent, Lex is willing to show up however you need in each session. They always create a flexible, calm, and supportive environment for growth, and their communication is great. I look forward to continuing to work with both providers.

I had an excellent experience with Gastroenterology staff including my nurses June (male), Alicia, my lovely nurse with the red hair she was so comforting (I can't remember her name), Dr. Noel Lee, Tim and anethisiologist Scott who took the edge off and made sure I was comfortable, best nap ever 😊. I felt very comforted and supported by the entire staff who I came into contact with. An A team for sure! Thanks you guys ♥️💕. I appreciate all of you greatly.
