Mental Health Providers in Tigard, Oregon

My Daughter went to this facility for three weeks, and absolutely hated it. The staff members are rude, the therapy is mainly drug addiction oriented and did not help her with her depression whatsoever. Unless your child is struggling with a drug addiction I really don't recommend going here.

I couldn't be happier with this program for my dual diagnosis grandson. The level of staffing was great. The staff were very responsive. They actively involved our family. My grandson had treatment several times every day. The facilities were beautiful and they had so many options for activities to burn off energy. My grandson had his own room rather than a dorm. That was very helpful. He learned tools to deal with his trauma and tools to help keep sober.He was always treated kindly and with respect. They had rules in place to control teen drama. He always had a staff person to talk to. I was always kept informed. He said the food was good too.They helped set up a contract for home and set him up with all his follow up resources.Both of those things were incredibly helpful. They were very patient with my total lack of technology skills 🤣😂.I feel confident my grandson will do well, thanks to all their help.

My experience was HORRIBLE!!!! My daughter was approved after answering very sensitive questions. She was told to get a small burn attended to at the doctor (which she did the very next day) we called back the next day to check for bed availability and was told that they lost the intake paperwork. My daughter was discouraged, yet did ANOTHER intake and was told she was still approved and to start calling a 7:30am. to check for an open bed. The next day, she did as they asked. Today, which is day 4, she called back at 7:28am was told to call back because they were in the middle of a shift change. She called back about 30 minutes or so later and was told she should have called back at 7:30. My wife (upset at this point) called, and she was told that they did, in fact, have a bed open. It was then she was told that she couldn't receive help from there because of the small burn even though the doctor classified it as a MINOR burn.
