Mental Health Providers in Hermiston, Oregon

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The prescriber Randall Kell was extreme rude to me, Chastise me, and got really passive aggressive. He mocked me and his all sudden he’s had an authoritarian personality. I’ve been a patient with him for 10 years all of sudden he was in a bad mood and told me he is not working with. Out of nowhere. I’m definitely reporting to the state and the DEA for malpractice. Very sketchy place.

Where do I even start with this place.... Ive had several different "counselors" over the years, but there was really only one good one. I was on the ACT (Assertive community treatment) program from 2023-2025. The ACT supervisor, Leilani Faber, has on countless times violated mine and other peoples HIPAA, as well as told me that "i cant get enough attention", has limited the crisis phone time to 15 minutes per person, banned me from going out with my peers because i made her mad, and repeatedly made me feel like I was just being lazy because of my disability case pending; she would ask if im looking for work, id say no i need to do disability. And she would be like ok "currently not looking for work." And would make me feel small cosntantly and force other staff to alienate me when she felt i needed them. Other staff... one has an honesty problem, one doesnt show up to appointments, one shows up to appointments half an hour late..... overall i got so stressed i had chest pains.so glad to be where i am now and away from them.

nice people great help for those who are addicts. People here are very kind and they offer the help that you need to get on the right track in this given life that God has given you not a bad place to go to if you're in trouble with certain things 👌
