I agree Lucinda is a horrible person, and should not be in charge of any program or facility. I have known Dr. Smith since around 2003, incredible doctor, incredible man. Carmen was a blessing, Susan Houck was a great therapist and there are no words for Dolly, I miss her dearly! My son died suddenly and Lucinda was cold, rude and fake as always. She knows I have been going to them for ages, and she hates people. I plan on writing the director and Dr Smith personal letters in reference to the way I was treated by Althea and Lucinda. Terrible excuse for mental health help.
