Emilia Hayden, for Dr. Prakash number 1 for me greatest dentist I've ever had in my entire life.. very great made me feel safe and comfortable more 5 starts.. his assistant Jonathan made me feel good he's a sweetheart and good personalities highly recommend to everybody!!! For the oral health care dental needs!!!

What a nightmare of an experience. No flexibility whatsoever. They will change your appointment and only notify you last minute and if you can't make it, they threaten to close your file with them. I could originally make it to an appt but they rescheduled it and only gave me 2 days of notice, ignoring all 3 of my calls. Then threatening to close my file for not going. No healthcare provider should be that threatening, inflexible and hostile towards their patients. They'll schedule you with doctors you've had prior bad experiences with and then say "we don't choose which doctor you get" despite it being their job to schedule you. They set me up with a doctor who blamed me for my past trauma and told me to quit my mood stabilizing medication because "I don't have bipolar" I never claimed bipolar. He thought BPD was Bipolar and told me to stop taking my mood stabilizers. I communicated how I did not want to see that doctor again and they promptly rescheduled my appt, from a different doctor, to him. They ignored my 3 phone calls, then started emailing threatening that if I didn't go they'd close my file. I gave up with them and said "just close my file". Do not bother with these people, they will cause you so much more stress than you deserve
