Four or so years ago they landed me in a horrible predicament. I needed my medication changed swiftly, I was having a reaction, and I was experiencing a psychiatric nurse outside of the center who was not helping. I told them that, and went in with the impression I could work with their psychiatrist after an intake visit. They insisted I fire my therapist who I had a good relationship with and use theirs just to access their psychiatrist. This is dangerous behavior and not what the field of psychology would indicate to do at all. I know this because I experienced good clinics after. I did have to go to the hospital though because of their negligence. I no longer need medication anymore but with the way this center was run, if I’d gone with their therapist I’d likely still be floundering. Thanks for nothing.
