The nurses, schedule lady, Ms. Davis and Mr. Presley are amazing. Everyone else is clearly only there for a paycheck. Also never rely on their emails, texts or automated phone calls for anything. If you didn't speak to a real person, it didn't count. Because of this my child's case was closed. They expect you to be punctual and make a big deal of it, but there's been times where I sat in the waiting room for an hour or more after my appointment waiting to go back. The doctors hardly pay attention or actually care. They're there to throw pills at you. Safe to say my whole family is beyond done with this place.
