I was advised to go here after some personal issues and I had to see a therapist before I could see the psychiatrist for my medication, the therapist said I had to do an hour visit and get information in prior to the doctor seeing me. I had my first visit with the therapist for over an hour in the office talking to her and filling out documents, after that visit I was told I had to come back a see her again for another visit before I could again see the doctor for my prescription because she was done with what she needed to do in the original visit. I was not trying to get therapy from this office. Just keep up with my medication. I am a full time single parent and employee. I didn't have time to keep going up there and taking time off my job for her services. Then they kept scheduling appointments and calling even after I told them I wasn't coming back so the insurance company was attempted to be charged. They did not do what I needed to help me and it felt like a waste of my time. The therapist also only had 2 separate time slots a day that she was available to see me (didn't line up with my scheduling needs) and twice for the second appointment the office called me to reschedule because she was unavailable. They either need more employees or something because it was really difficult working with them. Front office girls were nice, even though the one doing my paperwork must have been new because she kept needing assistance with the process. I understand there is a training process and had No Issues with that. In all the experience sucked and was time consuming and I didn't ever get my medicine.
