New employee made clerical errors that caused harm to my daughter. Refuse to correct unless they get more money. Shame on you.

Almost all of the staff was extremely nice and caring, and made whatever accommodations for you that they could; as long as they were reasonable and didn't infringe on anyone else. We got to go outside at least twice a day (weather permitting), their food was good, actually looked forward to meal times. You also have 3 snacks a day and can choose coffee or juice for your drink at snack times. There are specific shower and phone times, but you can make as many calls as you want during those phone times as long as you aren't holding up the phone. They do not want to "keep" you there, they want you to get out and back to your normal life, but they also want you to be better than you were when you got there. The average stay is 3-5 days, mine was 4. It is a very nice facility with overall great staff.
