I wanted to give a higher rating but honestly, I don't feel like it's deserved anymore. I went to them for help a couple years ago when I ran out of options. At first, it was great. I had no insurance and they treated me very well. But as soon as I got insurance, everything went into the toilet. Less friendly staff, less than 20 minutes with a counselor, and no warnings when my doctors were not going to be available on the day of my appointments. More than once, I was turned away because they weren't there and when I spend more time in my car than in the office, this hurts. Waiting a month for a 15-20 minute talk about the COUNSELOR'S life when I'd just lost my mother was the last straw. I will not be back and I don't suggest anyone go to this facility. The ONLY person who cared about me and my mental health was the person prescribing my medicines. Shameful.

Needing to find a attorney to do a class action lawsuit, Omni quit taking Medicare, that's discrimination against the poor and disabled! They are the ones who need the help the most!!
