I cannot say enough wonderful things about Iris Wellness. From first contact after hours on a weekend, to accepting my son for treatment even before we had payment worked out, to working with my insurance to get everything covered in-network when they were technically out of network to the fantastic intensive outpatient services. I have seen a dramatic difference in my son from, mood, attitude and overall life goals. He has always enjoyed going and has never once complained. I can't thank them enough for everything that they have done and how they have changed our lives (my son's, mine and our family as a whole). I would recommended Iris to anyone with a struggling teen.

I was admitted here in April of 2019. I was there for almost a month. I don’t know if the staff is still there, but I thought I’d say thank you to all the doctors and staff who took care of me. A life update: I’m doing much better now. You all helped me get better. At 24 yrs old, I’m in college now and found the right meds. I see a therapist and physician now. I was bad on drugs at the time that I was admitted here… and I got out of that situation. I remember the karaoke days and there was a gentleman staff member who had a heart to heart with me about men and how I’d find the right person to treat me like I deserved. Truly… thank you

I worked at Health Connect America from Dec 2022 to Nov 2024. During my time there I met some amazing people (co workers and clients). The Chattanooga staff is very helpful and supportive. I learned a lot in my two years there. One of my favorite things about my time with HCA is that I was able to I set my own schedule and caseload. If my own kids were sick I was able to take the time off to care for them, no questions asked. HCA is a family helping other families in need. It has been, hands down, the greatest experience to help further my career. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
